Meeting Minutes: March 23, 2024
The March Meeting of MREC was more of a gathering, at Krul Lake Park, part of the Blackwater State Park system. The park is a gorgeous piece of tranquil land, for a great escape:
About a dozen MREC folks joined Prez Jon, as he introduced the several clubs participating in a day of great adventure riding. Road riders were there also. A pesky drizzle was present for a while, not to dampen any of the spirits.
The weather pushed your wimpy Secretary into 4 wheels for this gathering, so he (me) was not able to capture the squeals of delight all day long.
Two MREC road riders (Pell and Ranger Reece) led Shep to one of Pell’s favorite hangouts in Baker, The Gator Café. They had a most excellent breakfast, and swapped several true stories.
We departed in a light drizzle, ready for another month of moto activities !!
